Accessible parking is available in the Grove Hotel garage as well as other ParkBoi garages. These spaces, including van-accessible spaces, are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. Accessible spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis so please plan accordingly. Please refer to the Parking section of this website for maps, directions, and more information. Guests may also use the Front Street Loading Zone or the Grove Hotel Porte Cochere to drop guests off.
Accessible Seating – Purchasing Tickets
All accessible seating is available for purchase at the Idaho Central Arena Box Office, by calling 208-331-TIXS (8497), online at www.idahocentralarena.com. When ordering tickets to accommodate an accessibility issue, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly assist you.
Wheelchair escorts are available on a first come first served basis. Idaho Central Arena is equipped with one wheelchair and as such there may be times where there is a wait. Please contact an usher or guest service agent to request an escort. It is important that the arena wheelchair remain available to escort all guests that request this assistance. Please work with staff if help in finding a seat for the duration of the event is needed.
Guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their wheelchair may do so. Wheelchairs will be stored along the concourse in designated areas away from patrons. Please note, this is at the guests own risk as there is no specific secured storage for wheelchair nor staff to monitor. Guest services staff are present on the concourse at all times. Our staff will make arrangements to return the wheelchair to you at the end of the event, or any other time you would prefer. Please see an Usher for assistance.
