FAQ

Tickets can be picked up at will call starting 60 minutes prior to all Steelheads games. The opening for will call will vary for other events. You MUST present the actual credit card used to purchase the tickets, and a picture I.D. at the ticket window to receive the tickets.

Tickets may be purchased with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Personal check are not accepted.

Doors open 60-minutes prior to most events but can vary. Steelheads games begin at 7:10 PM unless otherwise noted, with doors opening at 6:30pm.

Tickets to all Idaho Central Arena events can be purchased by phone at 208-331-TIXS(8497). On non-game days, tickets can be purchased at the Tackle Box Team Store every Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

No refunds or exchanges will be made unless the event is cancelled. In the event of postponement, this ticket will admit the holder to the re-scheduled date. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Event dates and times are subject to change without notice. All special promotions are subject to cancellation and no part of the purchase price will be refunded in event of such cancellation.

Idaho Central Arena has a No Re-Entry policy.  Special allowances can be made available by the Guest Services Director or Director of Security for medical issues and other like situations.

Children 2 years old and younger are admitted free to Steelheads games, unless otherwise noted. Other events vary in the policy for youth tickets.

Idaho Central Arena has been constructed so that individuals with disabilities may participate fully in all events, programs, and services. Drop-off convenience is available at the Front Street entrance and 108 wheelchair accessible seats are available on the arena’s concourse level.

On the concourse, there are two men’s and two women’s restrooms on both the northwest (Grove) and southeast (Hotel) sides of the arena, plus an additional women’s restroom on the east side (Grove Street). During floor events, there is one men’s and one women’s restroom on both the northwest (Grove) and southeast (Hotel) sides of the arena.

No outside food or beverages may be brought into Idaho Central Arena. The arena concourse sports seven concession stands, serving a variety of freshly prepared food and beverages. Fans can enjoy options ranging from traditional hot dogs, pretzels, and soft drinks to our healthier food selections.

Ice-cold beer is served up fresh from 65 separate beer taps in Idaho Central Arena. Mixed drinks are also available at the cocktail station located on the southeast side of the concourse. Beer is sold at all concession stands. Idaho law prohibits the sale or service of alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21. Idaho Central Arena reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcoholic beverages to any individual, and any person deemed intoxicated may be removed from the Idaho Central Arena.

Smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in the Idaho Central Arena.

NO Guns/firearms, knives, spiked jewelry, or other objects that can be used as weapons will be permitted into the facility.
