Kyle Frost, Gage Saunders Promoted to Main Event Ahead of Front Street Fights 20

BOISE, Idaho – The Co-Main Event bout between welterweights Kyle Frost and Gage “Nature Boy” Saunders has been promoted to the Main Event ahead of Front Street Fights 20, presented by Project Filter, at CenturyLink Arena on Friday, October 4 at 7:00 p.m.

The welterweight bout will now be the headline fight of the night, changing the event’s billing to Front Street Fights 20: Frost vs. Saunders, presented by Project Filter.

Frost (3-0-0) will mark his third professional appearance at a Front Street Fights event, taking down Jacob Hauck by submission at Front Street Fights 16. Including amateur bouts, the Sun Valley, Idaho native has fought at CenturyLink Arena in six of his seven recorded appearances with his last fight at Bellator 205 in a win over David Rangel. Frost has not lost a fight in his professional or amateur career since his first bout in December 2016.

Saunders (5-1-0) makes his first Front Street Fight appearance coming off a win by choke in June, marking positive results in four-straight bouts with three wins and one no contest since December 2018. The 26-year-old fighter out of Montana made his professional debut in February 2017, and two of his decisions have come as a unanimous decision.

In addition, Doug Collins will now be squaring off against Steve “Max Steel” Hellman in a featherweight bout. The updated fight card is listed below:

Main Event: Gage “Nature Boy” Saunders vs. Kyle Frost – Welterweight

Co-Main Event: Kerry “The Batterer” Lattimer vs. Darrell Flores – Lightweight

Pro Fight: Doug Collins vs. Steve “Max Steel” Hellman – Featherweight

Collins (0-0-0) is set to make his professional debut after only one appearance on the amateur card in July 2018, taking down Matthew Caudill in a win by punches. The Idaho native has already earned regional rankings ahead of his first tilt.

Hellman (0-1-0) makes his Front Street Fights debut and heads back into the professional circuit following his lone bout against Justin Hilton in 2008. The fighter out of Great Falls, Montana last fought in a pair of amateur bouts, taking down Travis Herbert by punches in his last appearance in June 2016.

Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for Front Street Fights 20: Frost vs. Saunders, presented by Project Filter, with the first fight scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
