Idaho Central Arena was constructed so that individuals with disabilities may participate fully in all events, programs, and services. Drop-off convenience is available at the Front Street loading zone or through the Grove Hotel. There are 95 wheelchair-accessible seats available on the arena’s concourse level for full arena shows.
For those events with modified layouts, concourse seats will still be available, and when applicable, Floor Seats may be available.
Accessible parking is available in the Grove Hotel garage as well as other PARKBOI garages. These spaces, including van-accessible spaces, are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate.
Accessible spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis so please plan accordingly. Please refer to the Parking page of this website for maps, directions, and more information.
Guests may also use the Grove Hotel Porte Cochere for easy drop-off.
All accessible seating is available for purchase at the Idaho Central Arena Box Office.

When ordering tickets to accommodate an accessibility issue, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly assist you.
Guests who wish to transfer to their seats from their wheelchair can store their wheelchair along the concourse in designated areas away from patrons.
Please note that this is at the guest’s own risk as there is no specific secured storage for wheelchairs nor staff to monitor.
Guest services staff are present on the concourse at all times and can assist with where to place your wheelchair. Please see an Usher for assistance.
