Arena Bag Policy

We are now a clear bag building. This will enhance safety and expedite the entry process for all fans.

This policy will allow quicker security screenings, reduce wait times, and make your game day experience more enjoyable.

Arena General Policies
  • All fans must have a valid ticket to attend the event
  • No fan can infringe upon another fan’s enjoyment of the event!
  • No outside food and drinks are permitted into the facility
  • No Re-Entry for events at Idaho Central Arena. 
  • No profanity or lewd conduct
  • Underage drinking will not be tolerated and is subject to a criminal citation. Providing alcohol to a minor will also result in ejection from the event
  • The throwing of any object in the facility will result in ejection from the event
  • Service dogs welcome. All other pets, including support pets are prohibited
Prohibited Items: 
  • Weapons of any sort: guns, knives, spiked jewelry, etc.
  • Smoking devices: cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, etc.
  • Video, audio and photography equipment
  • Non-clear bags 
  • Laser pens and pointers
  • Air horns or other artificial noise-makers (cow bells approved for hockey only)
*Failure to comply with any of these rules set forth may result in immediate ejection from the event 

*We reserve the right to refuse service and/or entry to anyone at anytime

Can I leave the venue and re-enter?

There is no re-entry into the Idaho Central Arena.

Where can I enter the arena?

The main entrance is located in the Grove Plaza. For Idaho Steelheads Games and Live Nation events, and other select events, a secondary entrance is through the Grove Hotel lobby.

Where is the best parking?

Is there storage for strollers and/or wheelchairs?

Due to limited space on the concourse, there is no designated storage for strollers or wheelchairs

Is there a lost and found?

All lost and found items will be taken to The Grove Hotel front desk. (208)-333-8000

Can I bring my pet?

Idaho Central Arena welcomes service animals, however, pets and other support animals are not permitted. You may also be reseated to accommodate your service animal.

Do children require tickets?

Children under 2 years are free of entry, but must share a seat with a parent/guardian.

Can I bring in a water bottle?

Only 1 sealed plastic water bottle or empty personal water bottle is permitted.

What are your payment options?

At this time we accept both cash, card, and tap to pay. There are 2 ATMs located in the lobby and on the concourse, for your convenience.
