New Main Event announced for FSF XII

Boise, ID (4/26/17)— Noah “The Chosen Defender” Ali has agreed to step in to face Jesse Brock at CenturyLink Arena on May 12th at Front Street Fights 12, presented by Bodybuilding.com. Ali and Brock will square off for the FSF Bantamweight title in a newly scheduled Main Event.

Brock’s original opponent, Fabio “Jungle Boy” Serrao, was forced to withdraw from the event due to injury.

Ali (9-3-0) will make his first appearance at Front Street Fights, looking to build on a three-fight winning streak. The Calgary native’s last four fights have all come at Hard Knocks Fighting Championship events, most recently at Hard Knocks 53 where he beat Corey Gower by unanimous decision. Of Ali’s nine victories, five have come via submission, three by decision, and one by knockout. Brock will be his most experienced opponent, with none of his previous bouts coming against a fighter with more than 16 career appearances.

Brock (22-9-0) makes his fourth career appearance at Front Street Fights, and first since FSF 5 back in May of 2015. The Idaho native is a perfect 3-0 at Front Street Fights and also defeated Oliver Bradstreet via submission at Bellator 155 at CenturyLink Arena last May.

The remaining fight card includes Lino Sanchez vs Mario Cervantes, with both fighters making their professional debuts, and Michael Garcia (1-0-0) vs Brandon Todd (0-0-0). Doors for Front Street Fights 12 will open at 6pm, with the first fight scheduled for 7pm.
