Boise Burn to Hold Open Player Tryout

The Boise Burn will hold an open tryout on Saturday, November 10th for all Arena Football hopefuls. The tryout will be from 9am-12 pm at The Caven-Williams Indoor Sports Complex on the campus of Boise State University.

Registration will begin at 8am. Cost for the camp is $45 with an Idaho driver’s license or $55 without. All participants will be given a Boise Burn t-shirt at the door.

The Boise Burn signed nine players from last year’s tryouts, including former Boise State offensive lineman Tyrone Tutogi and Linfield wide receiver Brandon Hazenberg, who both started for the Burn in 2007. Other notable names signed from last year’s tryout are Boise State’s Chris Christopher and Jason Murray, University of Idaho’s John Neddo, and Na’Jai Rankin out of Idaho State University.

The Boise Burn finished its inaugural season by winning the final four games of the year to even their record at 8-8.
