Northcutt faces Ottow at UFC Fight Night 133

Boise, ID (6/18/18)— Sage Northcutt  and Zak Ottow look to stay in the win column on July 14th when they meet in a Welterweight bout at UFC Fight Night 133, bringing the total to 14 bouts at CenturyLink Arena.

Northcutt (10-2-0) has won his last two fights heading into his eighth UFC appearance. The 22 year-old Texan defeated Thibault Gouti by unanimous decision in February at UFC Fight Night 126, just over three months after he earned another unanimous decision victory at UFC Fight Night 120 against Michel Quinones. He has earned each of his last three victories by unanimous decision, pushing his UFC record to 5-2-0. Northcutt earned victories in his first six pro fights, including four at Legacy FC and one at Fury FC.

Ottow (16-5-0) makes his sixth UFC appearance, having alternated wins and losses in his first five outings. The Wisconsin fighter is coming off a first-round knockout win over Mike Pyle in March at UFC 222, the third knockout/TKO victory of his professional career. Ottow’s 3-2-0 UFC record includes two split-decision victories. His professional career also includes fights with North American Fighting Championship, RFA, King of the Cage, and Pure FC.

UFC Fight Night 133 is headlined by the Heavyweight bout between Junior Dos Santos and Blagoy Ivanov. James Vick and Paul Felder meet for a Lightweight bout in the Co-Main Event.
