Front Street Fights 11 announced, Sklavos vs Johnson for Flyweight Title

Boise, ID (12/30/16)— Front Street Fights will award the third title in its history on February 24th when Idaho natives Czar “The Gunfighter” Sklavos and Casey “Wild Style” Johnson square off at Front Street Fights 11 at CenturyLink Arena. Sklavos and Johnson will meet with the FSF Flyweight Title on the line.

Sklavos (12-5-0) makes his second career appearance at Front Street Fights, and first since his submission victory over Benny Vinson at Front Street Fights 4 in February 2015. The 34 year-old native of Twin Falls has won five of his last seven bouts, but hopes to bounce back from a defeat at RFA 40 in July, a unanimous decision at the hands of Chico Camus. All of Sklavos’ professional bouts have been decided by decision or submission, with none of the 17 ending in a knockout. Sklavos is currently signed with the new Legacy Fighting Alliance, a union made up of RFA and Legacy Fights.

Johnson (5-0-0), who makes his debut in the Flyweight Division, looks to remain undefeated as he prepares for his third consecutive fight at CenturyLink Arena. Johnson defeated Brendon Raftery at Bellator 155 with a second round submission win. In February, Johnson defeated Matt Goff with a triangle choke in the first round of Front Street Fights 8. The 28 year-old Middleton native’s two victories this year were his first bouts since October 2010.

Additions to the fight card will be made in the coming weeks. Doors for Front Street Fights 11 will open at 6pm, with the first fight scheduled for 7pm.

Tickets go on sale Monday, January 2nd at 10am at the CenturyLink Arena Box Office. For information, call 383-0080 or visit centurylinkarenaboise.com.
