IDAHO STAMPEDE TO TIPOFF NBA D-LEAGUE SEASON ON SATURDAY, NOV. 29TH

The Idaho Stampede will open their 2008-09 season in the NBA Development League on Saturday, November 29 at 7:00 p.m. MST when they host the Anaheim Arsenal at Qwest Arena in Downtown Boise.

The Idaho – Anaheim contest is the first of 50 regular season games for the Stampede, 24 of which will take place at Qwest Arena.

“This seasons schedule will provide fans the ultimate fan experience from the NBA caliber play to the national halftime entertainment and local acts,” said Stampede President Steve Brandes. “Stampede fans are sure going to have a great time out at all of our games.”

Also highlighting the 2008-09 NBA D-League Schedule is the All-Star Game and Dream Factory which is part of the NBA Jam Session presented by adidas at NBA All-Star 2009 in Phoenix.

Fans can purchase ticket packages for Stampede games now by calling (208) 388 – HOOP. Great seats for the 2008-09 season are available, starting at only $5 per game. The NBA D-League will continue to have three divisions for the 2008-09 season. The Central and Southwest divisions will feature five teams, while the West division will have six. The Stampede will continue to be apart of the West division.
