Black & Blue Rivalry Game to Support Meals on Wheels

The Boise State Men’s Hockey Team will take on University of Idaho in the Black & Blue Rivalry Game Saturday, November 10 at CenturyLink Arena. The game, which holds state bragging rights, starts at 2PM.

The event is to benefit Elks Meals on Wheels in Ada County. Last year’s rivalry game between the Broncos and Vandals raised over $16,000 for the organization and also received the American Collegiate Hockey Association Community Service Award. University of Idaho had defeated Boise State.

Tickets can be purchased through CenturyLink Arena, at the Student Rec Center on the Boise State Campus, or online at boisestatehockeyclub.com. Tickets cost $15 at the door. High School and College students can gain admission for $4 with student identification. There is no charge for children under 13-years-old and seniors over 65-years-old.

Boise State University Men’s Hockey Club is a non-scholarship, non-profit organization within the American Collegiate Hockey Association. With twelve games under their belt so far in the 2012-2013 season, they hold a record of 6-5-1.
