Brown vs. Price announced for UFC Fight Night 133

Boise, ID (6/7/18)— Two burgeoning Welterweights step inside the Octagon at CenturyLink Arena on July 14th when Randy Brown meets Niko Price at UFC Fight Night 133. It is the tenth fight announced for the event.

Brown (10-2-0) will make his seventh appearance for UFC, going 4-2-0 inside the Octagon and looking for his second straight victory following a unanimous decision over Mickey Gall at UFC 217 in November. The 27 year-old Jamaican fighter out of Queens, New York began his career with a 6-0-0 record with Ring of Combat, winning and twice defending the Welterweight championship.  Brown has gone into the third round in four of his six UFC fights, winning two of them by decision.

Price (11-1-0, 1NC) is also coming off a victory, defeating George Sullivan via second-round submission at UFC on Fox 27 in January. The 28 year-old out of Cape Coral, Florida lost his prior outing at UFC Fight Night 119 in October, a second-round submission loss to Vicente Luque for his first pro defeat, but otherwise has thrived with a 3-1-0 record in UFC, with one no contest. Price was the Welterweight champion for Fight Time before joining UFC and has earned seven of his eleven pro victories via knockout of TKO.

Brown and Price join a fight card that already features the Main Event Heavyweight bout between Junior Dos Santos and Blagoy Ivanov, along with eight other fights. James Vick and Paul Felder meet for a Lightweight bout in the Co-Main Event.
