BOISE, Idaho – A pair of llight heavyweights saddle in for the co-main event when Carl Dieckmann takes to the cage against Emillio “The Jet” Trevino at CenturyLink Arena on Friday, Feb. 1 in Front Street Fights 18: Brokenshire vs. Cruz.
Dieckmann (11-3-0) makes his debut at CenturyLink Arena following a loss by knockout in his last appearance. The 6-foot Dieckmann has won three of his last four fights and six of his last seven with three of those six coming by submission and one knockout. The Utah native has never lost two-straight fights and has won by submission in seven of his 11 total wins.
Trevino (3-0-0) will spar for the fourth-straight time at CenturyLink Arena, taking down Sua Tuani at Bellator 205 in September by second-rough knockout. The 6-foot-2 Trevino has fought in two previous Front Street Fight events, including a win by submission at Front Street Fights 15 in January and a win by unanimous decision over Justin Millani in his professional debut at Front Street Fights 13.
The Dieckmann vs. Trevino co-main event leads into the title fight between defending champion Drew “The Eternal Fire” Brokenshire against Andrew “Hurricane” Cruz in a bout for the FSF Featherweight Title.
