Frost chosen to fight Hauck at Front Street Fights 16

Boise, ID (2/14/18)— Front Street Fights announced on Wednesday that Kyle Frost has agreed to face Jacob “The Phoenix” Hauck  at CenturyLink Arena on February 23rd for a Welterweight bout at Front Street Fights 16: Ash vs. Wick, presented by Bodybuilding.com.

Frost (1-0-0) joins the fight card after Hauck’s original opponent, Darrell Flores, was forced to withdraw due to injury. Frost won his professional debut in November at FSF14 with a unanimous decision victory over Joe Boerschig. The Boise fighter was a perfect 4-0-0 during his amateur career, winning three fights at CenturyLink Arena in FSF10, FSF11, and FSF13.

Hauck (3-2-0) has won his last two fights, both via first round submission, including a victory over Paul Crawford at FSF11. The fighter out of Montana forced Gage Saunders to tap in just 52 seconds at “Intense Championship Fighting 28: Fights Under the Lights” in August. This will be his second appearance at Front Street Fights.

Frost and Hauck join a fight card featuring Josh “The White Mamba” Wick and Hamilton “The Honey Hamster” Ash facing off in the Main Event for the FSF Lightweight Title.

Doors for Front Street Fights 16 will open at 6pm, with the first fight scheduled for 7pm. The event will be broadcast live on Cable One Channel 72 and streamed on the Front Street Fights YouTube page.
