Jacob Hauck To Fight Brian Wieber In Front Street Fights 18

BOISE, Idaho – Montana native Jacob “The Phoenix” Hauck will step in to face Boise native Brian Wieber in a welterweight bout in place of WilliamDunkle at Front Street Fights 18: Brokenshire vs. Cruz, presented by BodyBuilding.com, at CenturyLink Arena on February 1.

Hauck (3-3-0) makes his third Front Street Fights appearance following his most recent MMA bout at Front Street Fights 16, falling to Kyle Frost. The Montana native won his last bout at a kickboxing event and has won two of his last three MMA events, starting with Front Street Fights 11 against Paul Crawford. His three MMA wins come by submission in the first round.

Hauck joins the fight card following an announcement by doctors that an injury sustained by Dunkle will keep him from competing at the event.

Hauck and Wieber join a fight card featuring the Main Event of defending champion Drew “The Eternal Fire” Brokenshire against Andrew “Hurricane” Cruz in a bout for the FSF Featherweight Title.
