Van Horn vs. Trevino, amateur bouts added for Front Street Fights 15

Boise, ID (1/2/18)— Two fighters hope to remain perfect on January 19th when Justin Van Horn and Emillio Trevino enter the CenturyLink Arena cage for a Light Heavyweight bout at Front Street Fights 15: Hempleman vs. Morales, presented by Bodybuilding.com.

Van Horn and Trevino both carry 1-0-0 records into the event, with Trevino earning his first professional victory in August and Van Horn’s only pro bout occurring last January.

Trevino, 22, earned his first pro win at FSF13 with a unanimous decision victory over Justin Milani. The Idaho fighter was also 4-0-0 during his amateur career, winning twice by KO/TKO and twice via submission

Van Horn, 36, won his only pro fight at SteelFist Fight Night 47: “High Intensity”, a second-round submission victory over Ed Moroney. The Utah fighter was 9-3-0 during his amateur career, earning four KO/TKO wins.

Three additions have been made to the amateur card. Jon “The Reaper” Sellers (2-2-0) and Cody “The Kid” Sattler (2-1-0) meet in a Lightweight fight. AJ Baxter and Trenton Nutt will also meet in a Lightweight bout. In a Flyweight contest, Joe Rodriguez (2-1-0)will take on Noah Shultz (1-1-0).

Van Horn and Trevino join a fight card headlined by Vince Morales and Brandon Hempleman in a Bantamweight fight for the Main Event. Sarah Howell and Ashley Deen will square off in a Batamweight fight in the Co-Main Event.

Doors for Front Street Fights 15 will open at 6pm, with the first fight scheduled for 7pm. The event will be broadcast live on Cable One Channel 72 and streamed on the Front Street Fights YouTube page.
